Basil Festival Shakes the World That will make basil a menu that people around the world know and love in stir-fried basil like Thai people love at Tourism Authority of Thailand August 10, 2023. by being honored by Mr. Yuthasak Supasorn Governor of the Tourism Authority of Thailand honored to preside over the ceremony with Chef TINA ธีรกัญญา ตั้งสุวรรณรังสี and คุณโบว์ลิ่ง ชลทิพย์ ระยามาศ from Page “eat & shout” Honored to attend the press conference.
Along with extending the application period and adjusting the application rules to make it easier for everyone to apply as follows.
First round is an Online Audition from all over Thailand
- Send a copy of ID card or Passport.
- Send a list of ingredients thoroughly.
- end your cooking clip which shows the process thoroughly. (The lenght of video is not more than 4 minutes.) or Send the picture of your dish which is served on the competition day.
Each region has the following first audition deadlines:
North and South deadline August 15, 2023
Central and Eastern deadline August 18, 2023
North East and Bangkok deadline August 21, 2023
We are waiting for everyone to join together to create a phenomenon for stir-fried basil to shake the world together.
